The Struggle
“The Struggle” lies in the choices man makes. Either man trusts in the flesh; or his trust is in the Lord. It is the prayer of the author that these devotions will help the saved man understand that he may yet sin and why.
Believer's Baptism
What is the significance of Believer’s Baptism? This devotion series looks at Romans 6:3-4, in an attempt to understand the significance of this Church ordinance in the life of the believer. The Apostle Paul presents the Believer’s Baptism to be a public profession of Faith in our Union with Christ. This Union has been stated in a twofold manner: (1) Our Representative Union with Christ; and (2) Our Realized Union with Christ.

Faithful in the Back Seat
Being in the back seat; or being Number Two; or not being in control of the situation is a hard spot for the flesh of any man. But the reason it is hard is because the position is viewed through the eyes of flesh (walking by sight) and not by faith. In these devotions, you will see that Pride being replaced with Humility is a Sovereign Work of the Spirit of God in the believer.

The Value of a Woman

The Overcomer
What is an Overcomer? The Bible speaks of profitable servants and unprofitable servants. And we see the saved man can be classed as either a profitable servant, or an unprofitable servant. The profitable servant is the “overcomer.”
